We partner with schools and districts to help teachers of English Language Learners become better, faster so that they can dramatically accelerate their student's language development. Through an innovative coaching model that follows participants back to the classroom, coaches certified in language acquisition will work with teachers, especially those with less than 3 years of classroom experience, to internalize the why, what and how of culturally and linguistically responsive teaching.

  Phase 2:  Applying the knowledge received during phase 1, teachers engage in targeted skill development and curriculum planning with a coach certified in language acquisition.
